Front End Innovation

Role: Support + Lead Researcher  
Scope: Cross-functional team exploring front-end innovation
Process: 
Generative research utilizing ethnography, user interviews, surveys,
co-design, and card sorting
Deliverables:
Proposals, research road maps, moderator’s guides,
wireframes, insights and recommendations, video and motion
graphics, readouts, etc.

Competitive Analysis

Role: Lead Researcher  
Scope: Longitudinal competitor analysis
Process: 
Remote diary study, utilizing surveys, interviews, and card sorting
Deliverables:
Proposal, customer journey maps, insights and
recommendations, readouts.

Usability Testing 

Role: Lead Researcher  
Scope: Usability testing
Process: 
In-person testing with hardware and software prototypes
Deliverables:
Topline report and recommendations

Retail Ethnography 

Role: Qualitative Researcher  
Scope: In-store intercepts (1 week)
Process: 
In-store observations with intercept surveys
Deliverables:
Submitted findings and made recommendations based upon
shoppers’ behaviors and survey responses
